I cooked a rack of ribs last night and man it was tasty. I brined it over night prior to baking it, so the meat had an extra flavor in it.Tonight, I’ll be watching one of the biggest UFC fights in history at the Dirty Martini: B.J. Penn vs. George St. Pierre.
